Hair extensions Ladybarn
Extra Length is a mobile hair extension service for people in Ladybarn
We offer hair weaving rather than bonded extensions. This is cheaper because the process is not as time consuming as bonded extensions.
At Extra Length, we use a technique called braid weaving, which is a permanent method that can be worn indefinitely.
What is Braid Weaving?
First the hair is plaited horizontally to the scalp and then wefts (rows) of hair are sewn onto the plaits. There are usually two or three rows depending on the length of the natural hair.

Lace front wigs Ladybarn
In addition to hair extensions, we also provide lace front wigs, also known as lace front units. Lace front wigs are 100% INDIAN Remy Hair (cuticle hair) hand-tied to a lace base so that it looks as if hair is actually growing out of your head. No one would ever know if you are wearing a wig. The wig is more comfortable and more natural than a hard front wig. These wigs are versatile and can be cut to suite your style.

Hair weaves in Ladybarn
After having a weave, take care when drying the hair. Pulling downwards will put stress on the hair and the tracks and cause looseness and possible breakage. The best way to dry the hair is to just blow over it with the hairdryer without using a brush or styling aid.
When wearing a weave the hair can be washed and conditioned as normal - just take extra care when doing around the tracks (plaits) so that you don't put too much stress on them as this can cause them to loosen.
